1. PLATFORM ROLE & NATURE OF SERVICE

Munafah is a technology platform that facilitates AI-powered matchmaking and communication between buyers and sellers.

Munafah:

  • does not manufacture, sell, purchase, store, or inspect any products
  • does not act as a broker, agent, intermediary, or representative
  • does not participate in negotiations or transactions

    • All transactions, negotiations, and agreements occur directly between users.

    Munafah is not responsible for product quality, delivery, payments, disputes, or outcomes.

    Matches provided by Munafah are algorithmic suggestions only and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable.

    2. USER VERIFICATION (LIMITED)

    Munafah may conduct verification checks on users, including identity and business information.

    However:

  • verification is limited in scope
  • may rely on user-provided or third-party data
  • is conducted on a best-effort basis only

    • Verification does not guarantee legitimacy, authenticity, or reliability.

    Users must not rely solely on verification status when making decisions.

    3. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

    Users are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information
  • maintaining the security of login credentials
  • all activity under their account

    By registering, users confirm that:

  • they represent a legitimate business entity
  • they have authority to act on its behalf

    Users agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

    Users must NOT:

  • impersonate another entity
  • upload illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products
  • send unlawful spam or unsolicited communications
  • engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • attempt unauthorized access

    • Munafah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    6. COMMUNICATION & OUTREACH RESPONSIBILITY

    Users are solely responsible for:

  • all emails, messages, and outreach
  • targeting decisions
  • compliance with applicable communication and anti-spam laws

    • Munafah does not guarantee responses, engagement, or outcomes.

    7. MATCHMAKING DISCLAIMER

    Munafah does not guarantee that:

  • any match is accurate, active, or reachable
  • any match will respond
  • any match is suitable for a user’s needs

    • Matches are provided “as-is” for facilitation purposes only.

    8. DATA USE & DISCLAIMER

    Munafah may process data to enable matchmaking and improve the platform.

    However:

  • Munafah does not sell verified contact databases
  • does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of data
  • does not ensure compliance of data use in all jurisdictions

    • Users are solely responsible for how they use any data or matches.

    9. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

    Content generated by Munafah’s AI systems:

  • may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
  • should not be relied upon without independent verification

    • Users assume full responsibility for usage.

    10. PRODUCT LISTING RESPONSIBILITY (SELLERS)

    Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • product descriptions
  • pricing and specifications
  • legal compliance of products

    • Seller Compliance & Liability

    Sellers agree to:

  • comply with all applicable export, product safety, and regulatory laws
  • ensure the authenticity, quality, and legality of their products
  • fulfill commitments made to buyers

    • Sellers bear full responsibility for all transactions, products, and representations.

    No Platform Liability for Seller Conduct

    Munafah shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, disputes, or reputational harm arising from seller conduct, product issues, or failed transactions.

    11. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Certain features require paid subscriptions
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated

    • 12. COMMUNICATION MONITORING

    Munafah may monitor communications on the platform to maintain security and prevent misuse.

    13. DISPUTES BETWEEN USERS

    All disputes must be resolved directly between users. Munafah does not mediate or guarantee outcomes.

    14. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

    Munafah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time without notice.

    15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Munafah shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.

    16. INDEMNIFICATION

    Users agree to indemnify Munafah from claims arising from their use of the platform or legal violations.

    17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All platform content and technology belong to Munafah.

    18. PRIVACY POLICY

    We collect basic information to operate the platform and enable matchmaking. We do not sell user data.

    19. COOKIE POLICY

    Cookies are used to maintain sessions and analyze usage.

    20. NO WARRANTY

    The platform is provided "AS IS" without any warranties.

    21. GOVERNING LAW

    Karachi, Pakistan.

    22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Binding arbitration.

    23. CHANGES TO TERMS

    Terms may be updated at any time.

    24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    These terms constitute the full agreement between users and Munafa.
